Beach, island, mountain, golf, and city residential projects
Despite the worldwide financial crisis, the real estate market in Panama, while it has leveled off from the boom situation of recent years, remains active. Foreign buyers are still arriving in considerable numbers to look for homes and properties.
For homes, there are many developments to choose from. In Panama City, apartments constitute a buyer’s market and there are interesting offers of houses in the Old Quarter and outer city environs. The Pacific beaches area to the west of the city is developing fast. The Azuero Peninsula is getting its share of attention and further west, Bocas del Toro and Chiriquí remain popular for retirees and second home buyers. Altos del María
